MOBIpreneur Zaragoza: Connecting to Grow and Learn Together

On September 24, 2026, Zaragoza hosted a new MOBIpreneur event under the slogan “Connect to Grow,” bringing together entrepreneurs and participants in a space dedicated to learning, networking, and the exchange of experiences.

The day began with a welcome and networking session, followed by a presentation on the MOBIpreneur experience, as well as the community’s key results, lessons learned, and next steps. Afterward, several entrepreneurs had the opportunity to present their projects, share their progress, and discuss the challenges they face.
A highlight of the event was the “Connect to Grow” session, which focused on building trusting relationships, effective communication, and turning connections into collaborative opportunities. The gathering concluded with a networking session where participants could get to know one another, discuss their projects, and explore new possibilities for collaboration.

The event also showcased the MOBIpreneur approach—an entrepreneurial learning ecosystem designed to be flexible, practical, and accessible. The initiative combines mobile micro-learning, entrepreneurship content, AI-powered tools, and human support through mentoring. MOBIpreneur offers 116 lessons—each lasting less than two minutes—available in six languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian, Romanian, and Danish. Resources include micro-learning courses, worksheets, templates, AI tools, and other outputs developed during the project.

One of the key takeaways from the event was the importance of combining technology with human support. While digital tools facilitate flexible access to knowledge—allowing users to learn in short bursts and at their own pace—human support provides context through conversation, feedback, and guidance on applying knowledge to real-world situations.
Although the project is coming to an end, its resources remain available. Entrepreneurs, trainers, business organizations, and adult education professionals can access and adapt the courses, materials, tools, and outputs developed by MOBIpreneur.

Building a more inclusive sports sector in Bordeaux and beyond

Between 7 and 9 September, the ALL IN project consortium met in Bordeaux, France, to discuss the latest developments and outline the future of our initiative. For the Developia Foundation, this transnational meeting was much more than a routine gathering: it provided a space for connection, inspiration and collaboration.

Over the course of those days, the partners shared ideas, assessed the progress made to date and linked our recent achievements to new opportunities for the future of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the world of sport.

Since the project’s launch, the initiative has seen strong participation and achieved tangible results. We have successfully delivered training courses focusing on the rights and inclusion of LGBT+ people in sport, and have established valuable partnerships with sports organisations and local institutions. Most importantly, we have launched a direct mentoring programme designed to help young athletes engage with the world of sport without fear. We firmly believe that sport can significantly promote young people’s mental and physical health, which is why this direct support and mentoring are essential to their wellbeing.


A vision of unconditional inclusion The main objective of the ALL IN project remains clear: to promote the inclusion of all people, unconditionally, regardless of gender, sex or sexual orientation. Our discussions in Bordeaux reaffirmed this commitment, providing a space to forge connections and develop methodologies that ensure sport becomes a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.


Next steps: Pride Vilnius We are delighted that this journey continues. Our next major event will take place in June during Pride Vilnius in Lithuania. This upcoming exchange will bring together a total of 20 participants — five from each partner organisation — including young athletes, coaches, educators and sports professionals. It will be an intensive week dedicated to training, political engagement and activism. Through a shared experience of cooperation, methodological exchange and sport, the participants will continue to build a support network.


For the Developia Foundation, this reaffirms our commitment to international cooperation: because when inclusive ideas are shared, they evolve, connect and leave a lasting legacy.

Developia Foundation helps bring the Route of the Castles of the Calatayud Region closer to the public

The town of Monreal de Ariza hosted the public presentation of the new Route of the Border Castles, an initiative combining heritage, historical dissemination and technology to introduce the public to the defensive legacy of the former Castilian-Aragonese border.

The initiative is part of the Tourism Sustainability Plan for the Calatayud Region and offers a new way to discover the fortresses that played a fundamental role in shaping the history of the territory over the centuries.

Technology at the Service of Heritage

The route includes new digital resources that allow visitors to explore the history of the castles in a more visual, accessible and engaging way. During the event, a summary video featuring the 22 audiovisual resources developed for the initiative was presented, together with three 3D virtual reconstructions of the castles of Monreal de Ariza, Bijuesca and Ariza.

These reconstructions help visitors imagine the original appearance of the fortresses, understand their defensive structures and discover their relationship with the surrounding roads, municipalities and historical events that shaped the former border between the Kingdoms of Castile and Aragon.

Participants also received information materials containing QR codes that provided direct access to the videos, virtual reconstructions and other digital resources included in the route.

A Presentation in a Unique Heritage Setting

Although the event was initially planned to take place near Monreal de Ariza Castle, weather conditions meant that it had to be moved to the town’s church.

This change made it possible to hold the presentation in an exceptional heritage site that had been restored after remaining abandoned for approximately 70 years and that is only opened to the public on special occasions.

The participation of local residents, visitors and people interested in history and heritage demonstrated the positive reception of an initiative that connects the memory of the territory with new tools for tourism and cultural interpretation.

Developia Foundation’s Contribution

Developia Foundation contributed to the digital communication and promotion of the Route of the Border Castles by supporting the preparation of promotional materials, the dissemination of its content and the organisation of the public presentation.

This work reflects the Foundation’s commitment to innovation applied to heritage, territorial development and the creation of tourism experiences capable of generating new opportunities for municipalities and local communities.

The digitalisation of cultural resources not only contributes to their preservation and dissemination but also makes it possible to reach new audiences, encourage interest in lesser-known sites and strengthen the shared identity of rural territories.

Heritage, Innovation and Territorial Development

The Route of the Border Castles is an example of how technology can help reinterpret historical heritage without losing its accuracy or connection with the territory.

Through videos, 3D virtual reconstructions and digital resources, residents and visitors can discover the value of these fortresses and gain a deeper understanding of the history of a region shaped for centuries by its position as a border territory.

Through initiatives such as this one, Developia Foundation continues working to connect innovation, culture and sustainable development, transforming local heritage into a tool for knowledge, participation and territorial revitalisation.

MOBIpreneur transforms digital learning into real action through Mentoring

MOBIpreneur continues to advance its objective of providing innovative, accessible business training adapted to the needs of today’s entrepreneurs through the implementation of a personalised, action-oriented mentoring programme.

The project combines video lessons and exercises accessible via WhatsApp through the MOBI chatbot with the support of specialised mentors. This enables participants to develop skills related to strategy, finance, marketing, leadership and innovation. This digital, flexible and approachable methodology allows participants to integrate learning into their daily activities, regardless of their location, availability or stage of business development.

As part of this experience, Fundación Developia implemented the MOBIpreneur mentoring programme in Zaragoza, bringing together 10 mentors with extensive professional experience and 20 entrepreneurs from sectors including tourism, retail, hospitality, consultancy, well-being and social entrepreneurship.

Between April and June 2026, 100 individual mentoring sessions were delivered as part of a structured five-week journey. Throughout the process, mentors supported participants in defining objectives, reviewing progress, identifying challenges, adapting the digital content to the reality of their businesses, and turning learning into concrete decisions and actions.

The process resulted in tangible progress, including the launch of new services and products, improvements to communication strategies, the creation of financial monitoring systems, the professionalisation of internal processes, the strengthening of personal brands and the expansion of professional networks. Fundación Developia coordinated the selection and preparation of the mentors, matched them with participants according to their specific needs, and monitored the entire process.

The results demonstrate the impact of combining technology with human support. Eighteen participants fully achieved the objectives established at the beginning of the programme, while the remaining two made partial progress. All participants improved their decision-making skills, gained greater clarity regarding the direction of their businesses and implemented concrete actions. In addition, 16 participants incorporated digital or artificial intelligence-based tools into their professional activities.

The programme concluded on 8 June with a final in-person event in Zaragoza, where participants shared their experiences, results and key lessons learned. The event also strengthened connections between entrepreneurs and professionals from the local ecosystem, helping the relationships developed during the programme to continue beyond its conclusion.

In this way, MOBIpreneur demonstrates that digital innovation achieves a greater impact when it is combined with the exchange of experiences, opportunities for meaningful interaction and strong interpersonal relationships.

An Inspiring Gathering for European and International Cooperation at Besis Forum 2026

On Tuesday, May 26th, Mobility City Zaragoza hosted BESIS Forum 2026, an event that brought together professionals, organisations, and individuals committed to innovation and the sustainability of European and international projects.

For Developia Foundation, this forum was much more than an event: it was a space for connection, inspiration, and collaboration, where ideas were shared, discussed, and linked to new opportunities for the future. During the day, participants explored key topics including project sustainability, results capitalisation, international cooperation, and the creation of partnerships with real impact. There was also time for debate, listening to different perspectives, and building connections that will continue to grow well beyond this day.

Real and Tangible Impact

BESIS Forum 2026 saw strong participation both in person and online, allowing the discussions and experiences to reach a wider audience. Thanks to the energy, contributions, and enthusiasm of all participants, the day had a tangible impact: new contacts, shared ideas, and renewed momentum for international collaboration.

Energía y Talento MX Brings Its Members Together in Sonora to Promote Youth Employment in the Energy Sector

The partners of the Energía y Talento MX project gathered in Hermosillo, Sonora, for a major launch event that marked the official start of this international initiative co-funded by the European Union.

The project aims to improve the training and employability of young people in strategic sectors such as clean energy, sustainable mobility, and the energy industry, particularly in the states of Sonora and Nuevo León.

During the event, representatives from institutions, companies, educational centers, and international organizations highlighted the importance of connecting young talent with the real needs of the labor market. The initiative plans to train 800 young people and create 120 internship opportunities, helping them access new professional opportunities.

The Developia Foundation is participating in the project as a communication partner and provider of the e-learning platform, contributing to the dissemination of the initiative and the development of the digital learning environment that will support the training process.

This meeting in Sonora marked a key step toward strengthening cooperation among partners and advancing toward an energy transition that is more inclusive, sustainable, and conducive to youth employment.

ALL-IN Comes to Life: A Day to Connect Through Sports

On March 5, the Developia Foundation actively participated in an event organized as part of the European project ALL-IN: The Game of Inclusion, an Erasmus+ initiative that promotes sports as a tool to foster equality, diversity, and social inclusion in Europe.

Under the slogan “When Sport Creates Inclusion,” the event took place at 5:30 p.m. at Calle Ramón y Cajal, 21, bringing together professionals, social organizations, and individuals interested in discovering how sport can become a safe, diverse, and transformative space.

A space to connect, share, and play

The event was designed as a participatory and accessible experience. During the session, attendees were able to:

Learn firsthand about the objectives and activities of the ALL-IN project
Exchange ideas and experiences with people from the social and sports sectors
Participate in a playful setting, where table tennis served as a tool to break down barriers and foster interaction

This combination of presentation and hands-on activity perfectly captured the essence of the project: sport as a universal language capable of connecting people beyond their differences.

YouSmile: A successful model for rural tourism recognized by INJUVE

At the Developia Foundation, we are celebrating a key milestone: our European project YouSmile has been recognized by the Youth Institute (INJUVE) as an example of Good Practice in the Erasmus+ KA220 Youth call for proposals. This recognition validates the effectiveness of the tools we have developed to transform the future of rural youth through sustainable tourism.

Tangible results: What have we achieved with YouSmile?

The project has not only been a statement of intent, but has also materialized specific resources that are already having an impact on the territory:

  • Online Training Course: We have designed a specialized educational platform to train the next generation of rural entrepreneurs. This course offers practical modules on micro-tourism business management, sustainability, and digital marketing adapted to the rural environment.
  • Implementation Guide for Sustainable Tourism: A key resource that provides young people and organizations with guidelines for creating business models that respect natural and cultural heritage, turning sustainability into a competitive advantage.
  • Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship: Through non-formal education methodologies, we have connected young people with real opportunities in their regions, helping them identify niche markets in ecological and local tourism.
  • European Cooperation Network: YouSmile has facilitated the exchange of experiences between partners from different countries, creating a shared knowledge base that now serves as a reference model for future youth policies in the European Union.

With the support of INJUVE, YouSmile has established itself as a proven roadmap for combating unemployment and depopulation. Promoting entrepreneurship with advanced technology

Last week, the project consortium met in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to conduct a series of intensive training sessions, during which the modules, videos, translations and questionnaires for the MOBIpreneur course were reviewed and refined. This course is designed to help entrepreneurs integrate artificial intelligence (AI), automation and other digital technologies into their business projects.

During three days of intense collaboration, the project partners worked to improve every aspect of the course, ensuring that the content is accessible, interactive, and relevant to today’s entrepreneurs. MOBIpreneur is aimed at adults who want to take the next step in their professional development, using technology as a key tool to overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship in the 21st century.

One of the main innovations tested in the training were advanced digital tools, such as the SheBot AI chatbot and the WhatsApp Automation Tool. These tools are integrated with uQualio, an e-learning platform that enables a more personalised, interactive and accessible learning experience for users. These technologies allow entrepreneurs to optimise their processes, improve customer interaction and make more informed decisions, all from a single digital platform.

Developia presents the new platform for the Andalusí Experience project in Calatayud

Calatayud revives its Andalusian past through the new platform presented by Developia, a digital space that combines history, technology, and tourism and is part of the Experiencia Andalusí project.

The presentation event, held in Calatayud, brought together representatives from the tourism sector, researchers, and professionals in the field of cultural heritage. During the day, the different services that make up this innovative platform, created in collaboration with other project partners, were showcased.

Thanks to the participation of these entities, a unique digital space has been created where visitors and citizens can connect with the Andalusian heritage of the region through immersive and informative experiences. The content presented included historical and heritage research, 3D recreations of Andalusian heritage, and a series of podcasts narrating the most relevant episodes of Andalusian history in Calatayud.

This project reinforces Developia’s commitment to technological innovation and the enhancement of cultural heritage, contributing to the creation of new ways of understanding and enjoying historical and experiential tourism.
