PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The All In: The Game of Inclusion (LGBTQ+) project has been designed to advance trans inclusion, empower youth, and promote sustainable practices that foster awareness and civic engagement. By addressing systemic barriers, challenging stereotypes, and strengthening community networks, ALL-IN aligns with EU priorities of inclusion, diversity, active citizenship, and civic participation. Through its collaborative approach, the project aims to create meaningful and lasting social change.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Promoting inclusion: The primary goal of the project is to promote inclusion in sports and education by dismantling stereotypes and barriers faced by transgender individuals. The development of an “Inclusion Toolkit” and modular training resources will equip young people, educators, and community leaders with the tools necessary to create welcoming and diverse environments.
2. Youth empowerment: Another key objective is to empower trans youth aged 15 to 25 through mentoring, leadership opportunities, and peer-led initiatives. This approach amplifies their voices and enables them to co-create impactful content, such as short films, podcasts, and digital campaigns. By sharing their narratives and challenging prejudices, trans youth will redefine social perceptions and promote active citizenship.
ACTIVITIES:
ALL IN project aims at addressing the above by :
- Inclusion Workshops “Learn, Participate, and Reflect”: Led by Le Girofard (France), this is an interactive program designed to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports, with a special focus on trans inclusion.
- Peer Mentoring and Collaborative Creation Labs: Safe and supportive spaces where LGBTQ+ youth and allies can connect, share experiences, and develop advocacy skills through creative storytelling and collaborative projects.
- ALL-IN Legacy Event and Future Connections Summit (Lithuania): To present the results of research, digital campaigns, podcasts, and narrative initiatives led by young people. The highlight will be the screening of a documentary produced by young people that will capture the personal stories, challenges, and achievements of the participating trans youth.
- Official launch of the Inclusion Toolkit: It will provide practical strategies for educators, sports organizations, and youth groups, supported by live demonstrations and training sessions.
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Systemic change: The project is expected to promote greater LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports and education by providing institutions with practical tools and encouraging systemic policy changes.
- Support network: The peer mentoring network will empower LGBTQ+ youth, ensuring long-term community support and representation.
- Sustainability: Multiplier events will strengthen collaboration with stakeholders, leading to sustainable inclusion strategies.
- Alumni Union: Will guarantee the continuity of projects led by young people, ensuring the lasting inclusion of trans and LGBTQ+ athletes.
